This is very much down to the individual couple and the types of shots that they would like. More complicated and larger group shots will take more time to set up, but our aim is to work efficiently and effectively. That way, you can spend as much of your day as possible with your guests. This is something your photographer will be better able to advise you on when you discuss your detailed requirements.

This depends on the level of coverage you have arranged with us. As well as the formal portraits we will take as many shots as are needed to capture all the most all the most important moments of the day, including ones that you won’t notice happening!

As quickly as possible without being hurried! We recognize that these shots are important to family members and although you would rather be having fun elsewhere, they are a lovely record to have. We put a lot of effort into making this part of the day fun for everyone and recommend around 8 – 10 formal group shots. Your photographer will discuss this fully with you beforehand in order to identify the key players!
