This is very much down to the individual job. More complicated and larger group shots will take more time to set up, but our aim is to work efficiently and effectively. This is something your photographer will be able to advise you on when you discuss your detailed requirements.

This depends on the level of coverage you have arranged with us. As well as the formal portraits we will take as many shots as are needed to capture all aspects of the event

We will upload your images onto a private web gallery within a time frame previously decided between us. A secure password allows access by colleagues and delegates to view them online and to order any prints
If a book is ordered, once we receive the selections we create the layout and provide you with a copy (in PDF format) of our design for you to approve. Once you are happy with the layout, the book will then go to print.
